Waste refuse bins are located centrally between villas, at the entrance to each apartment building, and throughout the resort’s communal spaces. Waste refuse bins are emptied daily, and the bin is pressure washed at periodic intervals.
Based on your general contract, Al Nakhla covers your water and electricity to a limited amount depending on the type of unit; the resident will shoulder any exceeding amount.
Your home is provided with air conditioning. In the interests of keeping energy utility costs down, when the AC is on it is best to keep your windows and doors closed. Please note, a thermostat to regulate individual temperature preferences during the changing seasons is provided.
An open-plan environment exists at both the front and rear of your residence. Our dedicated landscaping team will regularly maintain your front and rear garden.
